TROOPS-Prayer
for our brave soldiers
(E-mail
3/2/2003) Read
this special prayer
and E-mail to all Americans and our International
friends.

Dear
Lord,
There's
a young man far from home, called
to serve his nation in time of war; sent to
defend our freedom on some distant foreign
shore. We pray You keep him
safe, we pray You keep him
strong, we pray You send him safely home
... for he's been away so
long.

There's
a young woman far from home, serving
her nation with pride. Her step is strong, her step
is sure, there is courage in every
stride.
We
pray You keep her safe, we pray You keep her
strong, we pray You send her safely home ... for
she's been away too long.

Bless
those who await their safe return.
Bless
those who mourn the lost.
Bless
those who serve this country well, no matter what the
cost.
God,
Bless America!
Special Prayer:

Prayer
Chain for our Military...please do not break the prayer
chain send to family and
friends:

According to the weather reports,
it is an autumnal 73 degrees in Iraq right
now - and the low will be in the 50's! With our
favorite Holidays and the New Year right around the
corner, our troops need our prayers for strength,
endurance, and safety. May the love, power, strength,
and the Holy Spirit given to us by our Heavenly Father
provide to all our men and women in the American
Military the guidance and protection they need to return
to us soon.
Pray for our
soldiers...
"Lord, hold our troops in your loving hands.
Protect them as they protect us. Bless them and their
families for the selfless acts they perform for us in
our time of need. I ask this in the name of Jesus
Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."
Prayer
Request: When you receive this, please stop for a
moment, and reflect on the power of prayer to our Lord
and Savior. Amen

Would
You Send This
Please
It
is said a picture is worth a thousand words
but
it leaves me speechless and tears in my eyes.

We
have a long list of good friends whose husbands or
wives are deploying
to
Iraq next
month. One of the wives sent me this. We feel
compelled
to send it on. Your prayers are deeply appreciated.
These men
and women deserve our love,
our
hugs and most powerfully,
our
prayers.

Prayer Request:
I
understand that life in Iraq is very
difficult to bear right now.
Our
troops need our prayers for strength, endurance and
safety.
Send
this on after a short prayer; please don't break it:
'Lord,
hold our troops in your loving hands.
Protect
them as they protect us.
Bless
them and their families for the selfless acts
they
perform for us in our time of need. Amen.'
When
you receive this, please stop for a moment
and
say a prayer for our troops around the world.
There's
nothing attached; just send this to all in your address
book.
Do
not let it stop with you, please -- of all the gifts you
could give a
US
Soldier, Sailor, Airman, or Marine deployed in harm's
way,
prayer
is the very best !!!

An
Awesome Picture of God's Care

Many are praying for God’s protection over
our brave men and women fighting overseas. Someone sent
us this amazing photo that graphically illustrates an
angel watching over our
troops.
The C-130 transport plane uses flares to
protect itself from heat-seeking missiles. This rare
photo shows how the pattern of the flares forms an
angel. What a great portrait of God’s
protection!
Thank you for praying for our Armed
Forces.
